Kids party at Sim Racing Veghel!
You can experience a fun, challenging and active birthday party at Sim Racing Veghel! Listen carefully to the race director and his instructions. Take a seat in the simulator and race against your friends. Will you be the first to cross the finish line?
An experienced supervisor is present during the race. You drive on the Zandvoort circuit with settings that are tailored to the level of the birthday party.
Sim Racing Veghel is suitable for children with a height of 1.40 meters.
Are the parents allowed to enter the escaperoom with the children?
The parents do not have to enter the escaperoom for guiding the children.
One of our experienced colleagues will join the children in the escaperoom and makes sure, full of enthousiasm, that the children will escape the room within the hour.
At Sim Racing Veghel the parents can watch the children race, while they enjoy a drink at the bar.
How long does the activity last?
The duration of the activity depends on the package you choose.
If you choose the first package, the entire outing will take place in a time slot of one and a half hours.
If you choose the second package, the entire outing will take approximately 2 hours (including reception with chips/juice).
If you choose the third package, you will be busy with the entire program for approximately 3 hours (reception, escape room and food).
At what time do we have to be present at your location?
For the basic packages (without chips/juice or fries) you need to report yourself on time for the activity, make sure you are present about 10 to 15 minutes before the start of your time slot.
For the other packages you can keep the start time from the booking/confirmation email.
Can we also get the french fries before the activity instead of after the activity?
Of course!
When making the reservation you can add a remark that you want the children to enjoy the french fries before the activity instead of afterwards.
We will change the reservation for you. In the rare case that it is not possible, we will get in touch with you.
Note: the confirmation e-mail will state that the french fries will be after the activity, despite your remark.
Is the activity available at the chosen date and time?
When you are on the page for the desired birthday party you can directly check if the escaperoom is still available.
You do need to fill in how many children will join the birthday party and which package you want.
At step 3 you can choose the desired date and you will see at what time the activity is available.
What if more or less children are able to join the birthday party.
One child more or one less will not be a problem. We can change the reservation without extra fee. If you are aware you will be coming with more or less children we would appreciate it if you would let us know.
At Sim Racing Veghel we do need to know the definite amount of children racing, otherwise we have to charge a cancellation fee.
We do however have a minimum amount of 5 children. When the birthday party consists of 4 children or less we are obliged to charge for 5 children.
Are drinks included with the french fries?
Drinks are not included at dinner.
Are we allowed to bring cake to your location?
No, it is not allowed to bring your own cake to our location.
Can the parents also enjoy the french fries with the children?
Of course!
You can ask our colleague at the day of the birthday party, we will make sure all of the parents will get french fries as well.
French fries for the parents are € 4,00 euro per person.
Can the parents watch the children during the activity?
With the escaperooms it is not possible to watch the children playing the puzzles.
At Sim Racing Veghel we made a bar where the parents can sit and watch the children race for the entire hour.
Do the children only race each other?
Yes, the children are put in another race, so they will only race each other on the circuit.
Not every child is at least 1.40 meters, is that an issue?
The height of 1.40 meters at Sim Racing Veghel is based on the distance to the pedals and the steering wheel in the simulator.
We do have some pillows we can put in the simulator to ensure the child can reach the pedals and the steering wheel, but when the child is too small he or she will not be able to join the race.
